Every year, The DAKO Group has donation boxes in our lobbies for the Toys For Tots charity. Please donate new and unwrapped toys for children up to 16 years of age. The DAKO Group donates large boxes filled with toys for children. The donation boxes will be at our offices until December 12th, so please make sure to donate.
The Marine Toys For Tots Foundation was established in 1991 with a goal to provide new toys all across America to less fortunate children. Also, this is a nationwide program that is run by a board of directors that are veteran Marines. Each area has a designated coordinator which sees to the collection of donations and toys and the distribution of those. In addition, there are over 40,000 volunteers, Marines, and veterans that help run the charity.
This charity is considered as one of the top-rated since 2001 by “Philanthropy 400“. In addition, Toys For Tots meets all 20 standards that are established by the Better Business Bureau WiseGiving Alliance.
