Timekeeping: In order to process payroll, DAKO may collect personal data online from our employees such as name, hours, address, and any other personal identification information, including a social security number or tax identification number. This data will be used to process payroll through DAKO operations. When collecting timekeeping data electronically or manually, DAKO will ensure that its collection and processing meet all privacy requirements.

Employers: For those employers who utilize DAKONet, we will ask for the personal information necessary to fulfill the staffing request.

With Whom We Share Information

DAKO holds its employees, agents, and suppliers accountable for carefully managing the information provided by applicants, employees, and clients. We will send the personal data of our applicants and contract employees to DAKO clients and/or agents who are acting on our behalf to provide you an employment opportunity.

For our employees, we occasionally use other companies to provide services on our behalfs, such as retirement programs and health-care benefits.
