Our goal in collecting

Applicants and Employees: We may ask you for your name, address, phone
number, e-mail address, work experience, education, skills and references. These data
are entered into a database used by our recruiters to match candidates with
open positions.
Timekeeping: In order to process payroll, DAKO may collect personal
data online from our employees such as name, hours, address, and any other
personal identification information, including a social security number or tax
identification number. This data will be used to process payroll either through
DAKO operations or an agent of DAKO. When collecting timekeeping data
electronically or manually, DAKO will ensure that its collection and processing
meets all privacy requirements.
Employers: For those employers who utilize DAKONet, we will ask for
personal information necessary to fulfill the staffing request.
With Whom We Share Information
DAKO holds its employees, agents, and suppliers accountable for carefully
managing the information provided by applicants, employees, and employers. We will send the
personal data of our applicants and temporary employees to DAKO employers
and/or agents who are acting on our behalf to provide you an employment
opportunity.
For our employees, we
occasionally use other companies to provide services on our behalf,
such as payroll processing services and health-care benefits.
DAKO may also collect
and report demographic data to employers or as required by law. We remove any
unique personally identifiable information.
We will disclose personal information when required by law or law enforcement officials.
Accuracy
DAKO takes the necessary steps to ensure that personal information is
accurate, complete, and current. DAKO provides individuals with reasonable
access to the personal information they have provided so that they can review
and correct this information.

The DAKO Internet site
does not use cookies or other automated data collection tools to collect data. Data is sent to DAKO only if you initiate a “Send”
event. The DAKONet portion of this website uses a session cookie to assure correct navigation through the site. DAKO does not share its website
or link to marketing related third parties. Personal data is not sold to or traded with third parties.
